This Ginger & Green Smoothie by Love & Olive Oil is one of my FAVES. I love ginger tea, so combining a lil bit of ginger with my usual green smoothie recipe gives it that little kick you sometimes need in the mornings!

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 english cucumber, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach

  • ice cubes, as needed
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender; purée on high speed until smooth. Add a few ice cubes and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.

After I started adding these puppies in each morning I found that I was feeling much fuller, my skin started glowing and my jeans started to get loose. This smoothie is super delicious and really quick to make. I usually have these for breakfast but sometimes I sneak them in as an afternoon snack.
