A Gift For You! The Happiness Schedule

Jul 27, 2013

A lot of people have been asking me what's my recipe or philosophy to happiness. The truth is I never thought about it like that until I was asked the questions.

After going through my epic melt down and coming out of it completely driven to transform my life into something spectacular, I made it my mission to be happy right now regardless of how much I wanted to crawl under the sheets and stay there.

I decided to create a beautiful desktop wallpaper image of my daily happiness schedule (lol). Trust me, it's not difficult and I'm pretty sure people do this everyday without thinking about it. But if you add in doing it all consciously, that's where the magic is.

Save it as your desktop wallpaper, pin it to one of your boards on pinterest or share it on twitter and facebook. Let this be a reminder of how simple happiness can be.

  3. You completely forgot to add:

Spend time and mental energy simply being happy.

In fact if you do nothing but that on a regular basis you'll be amazed how much happier you are overall.
